Our system is based on the popular Sprinter 144 length van. If you happen to have a Sprinter 170 or 170 EXT, we will modify your cable lengths after your order is submitted. Just make sure to let us know!

DUE TO THE CUSTOMIZATION AND FRAGILITY OF THE COMPONENTS INVOLVED, RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. ONCE A CUSTOM ORDER IS PLACED AND WORK HAS BEGUN IT IS NO LONGER CANCELABLE. RETURNS FOR REASONS OUTSIDE OF MANUFACTURING ARE AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF WAYPOINT VEHICLES LLC.

IN THE EVENT A RETURN IS AUTHORIZED, PACKAGING, INSURANCE, AND SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. BY PLACING ORDER, CUSTOMER IS AWARE OF A 30% RESTOCKING FEE  SHOULD A RETURN BE GRANTED. IF A RETURN IS ACCEPTED, CUSTOMER IS AWARE THEIR REFUND IS SUBJECT TO A 3% CHARGE DUE TO STANDARD CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES INCURRED BY WAYPOINT VEHICLES LLC.

ALL REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED ONCE THE PRODUCE IS RECEIVED BACK AT WAYPOINT VEHICLES LLC IN LIKE NEW CONDITION AND FREE FROM DAMAGE. 

THE PACKAGE SOLD IS WHAT WAYPOINT VEHICLES LLC USES FOR IT'S IN-HOUSE BUILDS. BE SURE TO FOLLOW ALL ABYC GUIDELINES WHEN INSTALLING YOUR POWER SYSTEM. WAYPOINT VEHICLES LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE THAT MAY OCCUR AFTER INSTALLATION.
